
Robert F. Martorano, Jr., President of Meridian Asset Finance, LLC, is a graduate of Villanova University (BSA, Accounting, 1987). Mr. Martorano is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Company. He also oversees all origination efforts, product development and structuring. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Martorano was with Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. for 15 years, where he was the Americas Head of the Asset Finance and Leasing group, based in New York. Previously, he was a Vice President of Finance and Administration at Computer Leasing Inc. and a manager at Ernst & Young. Mr. Martorano is also a Certified Public Accountant.

John L. C. Ulrich, Senior Vice President of Meridian Asset Finance, LLC, is a graduate of Columbia Business School (MBA, Finance, 1997) and Trinity College (BS, Political Science, 1990). Mr. Ulrich leads the company’s leasing business and related tax products, while also doing substantial work in the energy space. John manages the origination of lease portfolios, as well as investor relationships and structuring opportunities. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Ulrich was a Director with Deutsche Bank Securities’ Asset Finance & Leasing group for 15 years, based in New York. He was previously with the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan in its real estate group.

Gennaro R. D’Agostino, Senior Vice President of Meridian Asset Finance, LLC, is a graduate of New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business (MBA, Finance/International Business, 1998 and BS, Finance/International Business, 1993). Mr. D’Agostino leads the company’s efforts in the energy space, while also working on leasing and related tax products in other industries. He manages origination of energy related assets, as well as portfolios, investor relations and structuring opportunities. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. D’Agostino was a Director with Deutsche Bank Securities’ Asset Finance & Leasing group for 14 years, based in New York. Previously, he worked in asset and private wealth management including pension and offshore investment funds.

Patrick T. Valentino, Vice President, Patrick T. Valentino, Vice President of Meridian Asset Finance, LLC, is a graduate of Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs (MIA, International Energy Management and Policy, 2010) and Villanova University (BS, Finance/Marketing, 2001). Mr. Valentino assists in the origination and execution of energy related assets, portfolios, and structuring opportunities. He also works on tax products in other industry segments, including leasing and banking. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Valentino was an Associate in Societe Generale's Energy Project Finance group in New York where he worked on transactions representing over 2.6 GW of generation predominantly in the renewable and conventional power sectors. Mr. Valentino is also conversational in Chinese (Mandarin).
